These terms govern your use of the Corkivo app and website, operated by SundayTech Private Limited ("we", "us"). By using Corkivo you accept them. You must be of legal drinking age in your country to use Corkivo.
Corkivo helps you scan wine labels, rate and journal wines, manage a cellar, and connect with other wine people. Free features are available to everyone; Corkivo Premium unlocks advanced features (such as restaurant wine-list scanning and advanced cellar analytics) for a subscription fee.
You own your tasting notes, photos and cellar data. You grant us a non-exclusive license to store, process and - for content you mark public or share - display it within Corkivo. Label facts from scans (producer, wine name, vintage, region) contributed to community wine cards are shared with all users and remain part of the community database even if you delete your account, in de-identified form.
Drinking windows, valuations, match scores and food pairings are estimates from data and community input. They are guidance, not professional, financial or health advice. Drink responsibly.
We work to keep Corkivo reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update these terms; material changes are announced in the app before they take effect.
You can stop using Corkivo and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims relating to Corkivo is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or the smallest amount the law allows if you paid nothing.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
